An anxious raccoon looks on as indifferent city dwellers mistreat someone in need. At first only worried about catching the bus, he finds himself a witness with a choice: to remain indifferent or to surrender his own fear in exchange for something better. Found is a film entirely produced at The Art Institute of Portland by Foundering Productions, a collaborative student consortium. Art Director Katie Castellon’s original story was evaluated and chosen for development by student participants, was green-lit by a panel of professionals, then further developed and produced at AiPD with the guidance and direction of stop motion instructor Teresa Drilling and post-production instructor Mike Nicholas.
