Girls Don’t Cry Wolf is dedicated to survivors of sexual assault. Girls ages 16-19 are four times more likely to be victims of sexual violence than the general population. Together we can raise awareness to end this culture that perpetuates the objectification and oppression of young women.
ABOUT THE DIRECTORS
Anna Eva Kotyza is Czech-born filmmaker with a life-long passion for cinema. She has drawn a great deal of creative inspiration from her favorite film, “Metropolis” and loves being behind the camera. Anna will study film at Emerson College in Boston.
John Chigas is a Massachusetts native currently studying motion picture arts at Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan. He has always had a camera in his hands and first gained his entry into filmmaking by creating stop-action animations as an awkward tween. In his free time, John likes to spend time watching Netflix with his dog, Argos.
