SUBMISSIONS INFORMATION

There are three categories for submitting your film to POW Fest: General Filmmaker, Young Filmmaker, or Student Filmmaker. If not applying through Without a Box, the same submission form must be filled out for each.

General Filmmakers may apply online through Without a Box, or download an application here. Regular submission fees apply.

Young Filmmakers, filmmakers under the age of 19 may submit their film for free on or before February 21 through Without a Box, or by downloading a submission form. Please allow us to verify your age by including a photocopy of your ID (displaying date of birth) with your submission or application.

Student Filmmakers include filmmakers currently enrolled in school. A discounted fee of $10 applies to each submission, on or before February 21 through this website only (not applicable through Without a Box). Please allow us to verify your current enrollment status by including a photocopy of your student ID with your applicatoin. NOTE: Student filmmakers need not have directed the film, and also includes the positions: Producer, Screenwriter, DP's, Art Director, or Editor. Please include this information in your application.
